IND vs SA 1st Test Rohit Sharma Statement

Captain Rohit Sharma has said that we have come to do something which has never happened till date during the Test series in South Africa. Rohit Sharma also announced that he will definitely play international cricket for at least the next 2 years. Rohit said, we have been coming to South Africa for so many years.

If this big Test series is won, then everyone feels that it will reduce the pain of World Cup defeat. It’s not like that. The World Cup cannot be compared with anything else.

If you have worked so hard then something big is needed. It is not that one or two senior players but all think of bringing glory to the country. We worked very hard for the World Cup. Did very well in 10 matches.

Many good things happened in the final too but what can we say about what went wrong and what went right. You have to move forward. I got a lot of help from outside. I am ready to play as a batsman for the next two years, as long as I can.

Rohit Sharma further said that Indian fast bowlers have performed well abroad in the last 5-7 years. We will miss injured Mohammed Shami a lot but youngsters will try to take his place. Although this will not be easy. As a batsman, it is most difficult to perform in South Africa. I will do whatever I have to do as a batsman.

The team management has faith in KL Rahul. He bats well at number four and five. Rahul can do wicketkeeping in Tests. I don’t know how long he can do this. My entire team is ready to win the Test series for the first time in South Africa.

I will leave no stone unturned. Rohit said, you will soon know my role in the T-20 World Cup. I will not give any answer on this topic right now. Mention CricJaffa and tell, is Hitman’s announcement of playing international cricket for the next 2 years true?
